Illegal charge
- Removed payment method yet charged after removal.
- Deactivated account; email promised refund and no charges, but charged again.
I first removed my payment method from my account and then was charged after removing my payment method. Then I proceeded to deactivate my account, in which I got an email telling me that the previous amount that y'all took was refunded and that my card would no longer be charged since my account was deactivated, and again I was charged.
Why are y'all illegally charging my card? Please refund my money before I have to take legal action because this is the second time that y'all illegally charge my card.

- Pins feel like ads; I don’t shop on Pinterest.
- Recently shown items are outside my interests.
- Some content is sexual (S&M) and a bondage mask appeared.
First of all, most of my pins are now ads. I hate that.
I don't shop on Pinterest. Secondly and most importantly Pinterest has, for the last few days, shown me highly inappropriate items, totally out of area of interest .*** S & M crap. And today while my daughter and I were looking for art tutorials, it showed her a bondage mask (?? How would I know what's called).
Stop it. Fucking stop you pervs

Lost my Pinterest account
My email address changed when I retired. I lost Pinterest account which had many things saved. Pinterest contact info wasnt helpful.

Customer service is awful
- My account was suspended last year and again this year.
- I cannot reach a human to discuss why this happened.
- 3 pins were removed for copyright.
last year and this year my acct was suspended. I cannot get in touch with a human to discuss why this happens At first I was told that 3 of my pins which I only repinned were taken down due to copyright laws.
But they said I would not hv my acct suspended. Then they say if I wanted to get my acct back to let you know.

Would have to pay for a technician to call.
- Couldnt talk to a real person; only text support.
- A technician call would cost; refund promised, and the 'consumer' wording isn't helpful.
Couldnt talk to a real person and was only offered to text my problem to a supposed real person. Would have had to pay for a technician to call me of which was supposed to refunded, but as things go these days I didnt even want to try that route. And the word in front of consumer is not a very good choice of words when were looking for help.

Call can not be completed
- The review says a Pinterest-listed company was fraudulent.
- The company is from Hong Kong; better vetting of Pinterest vendors is urged.
Not good
I thought I was ordering from a very reputable company on Pinterest and it turned out to be a total fraudulent company from ***. Pintrest should vet its companies/ vendors more seriously.
- It is an amazing format to find and see all sorts of information
- Bad companies are taking advantage of good people
- Pinterest is unavailable to reach to discuss this matter

Fraudulent Sellers advertising on Pinterest
- I paid for Royaura and Sienna Jewels but deliveries were late or the items poor.
- Royaura claimed delivery after Ring footage showed non-delivery.
Pinterest hosts companies who are using images lifted from elsewhere and creating catalogues of jewellery. I have contact Pinterest giving them the websites, the names images what they advertised for sale and what I actually received. Pinterest said that they have passed on to the team that deals with bad merchants but could not tell me if they would be sanctioned, if they could assist with the refund or removal of their products,
Both companies are advertising on Pinterest the same products and there is no way of getting in touch with Pinterest - so they are enabling fraudulent activity. These companies appear to be stealing images, advertising product, taking money and not delivering or sending inferior items. It is also Pinterest that should be held accountable for taking fees I am certain to advertise on their platform. Why doesn't Pinterest have a way so that customers can report fraudulent sellers and stop customers being fleeced.
I have reported Royaura on here and have done the same for Sienna Jewels. Please do not purchase anything from them, they are just total scammers and Pinterest are enablers.

Too many ads
- Ads interrupt viewing on Pinterest and obscure images.
- I stopped using Pinterest despite it having good ideas.
I go to look at Pinterest for something I'm gonna say just for the sake of argument, baskets on shelves idea, you go in there and they'll say 20 kitchens with baskets and about the time you hit the third one there's so many ads popping up ! you want go to the the third one and then the fourth one and by then there's so many ads you're thinking that you're hitting to see the picture and an ad pops up in another ad pops up and you can't even tell what you're looking at anymore.
I've gotten to where I don't even go on Pinterest anymore so many times I've gotten such good ideas with y'all, but this has gotten to be a money thing with y'all and not a thing to help people out.! I know you have to make money, but this is freaking ridiculous.!

A product bought on your site
- Bought an item on Pinterest and trusted the platform.
- Paid on 2/2/2026; no confirmation the item is in the country.
- Refund request denied.
I recently bought a product advertised on your platform. As I view Pinterest as a trusted company I therefore assume those who offer advertise are also trusted.
Cassesimo who offer a wide range of clothing have been assuring me my item will be with me shortly. Payment was made on the 2/2/2026 and yet they dont even have confirmation the item is in the country. I found the whole shopping experience unacceptable and stressful and have asked for a full refund to bring the whole disastrous experience to an conclusion which has been refused.
Dose Pinterest accept they have a responsibility to insure that companies on its platform are not scammed.

When I was going threw pics to make an edit of *** (anime character) it said the next day I violated rules?!
Don't make the mistake of people looking through pictures and saying they violated rules by making an edit.
