A product bought on your site
I recently bought a product advertised on your platform. As I view Pinterest as a trusted company I therefore assume those who offer advertise are also trusted.
Cassesimo who offer a wide range of clothing have been assuring me my item will be with me shortly. Payment was made on the 2/2/2026 and yet they dont even have confirmation the item is in the country. I found the whole shopping experience unacceptable and stressful and have asked for a full refund to bring the whole disastrous experience to an conclusion which has been refused.
Dose Pinterest accept they have a responsibility to insure that companies on its platform are not scammed.

Verified ReviewerResolved: I launched an ad campaign with this highlyy reputable company? I had difficulties trying to direct customers to my prouduct's URL. I begged, for help 5 time. No help. But they billed me anyway.
As I have explained repeatedly, this is not Pinterest's fault. I didn't think tha theyy were replying to my request for help, but their response was going to my Spam folder. I repeat as I have done several times, that this is not Pinterest's fault, it is mine for not checking my Spam folder.
The company engages in fraudulent activities. They encourage their vendors to think that will receive help if needed.
But when help is needed they disappear. I have asked them to help me with a URL issue, five times! No response at all! And now after the ad has run for two weeks, only now are they telling me that my ad is being flagged for three errors!
When they exhausted my money they tell me there are errors? They are crooks! In 3-piece suits!
Andi I will file a complaint with the FTC. They are taking people's money and giving nothing in return, and that is a violation of the law.

No action taken by Pinterest against Merchants advertising fraudulently and scamming cusomers
I have provided Pinterest with full details of websites and companies that are advertising jewellery on their platform. I have provided images of what they have advertised and what I have received having paid a significant amount of money..
I have provided names of 4 different companies selling the same products. I have asked them to take action, if they are unable to get my money back at least stop them scamming other customers. They have said that they cannot give me an update nor feedback on any action taken but the team that deals with "bad merchants" has been informed.
I hold Pinterest accountable for enabling these companies to scam customers as they continue to allow them advertise on Pinterest. This must not be allowed to continue as the customers must have recourse when they are being scammed and Pinterest must vet the merchants and take their customer complaints seriously or they are complicit in the fraudulent activity.

Pinterest are not interested in their duty of care to customers, but more interested in the financial gains. Have a look at what several companies are advertising on their website in the first image. Would have to pay for a technician to call.
Couldnt talk to a real person and was only offered to text my problem to a supposed real person. Would have had to pay for a technician to call me of which was supposed to refunded, but as things go these days I didnt even want to try that route. And the word in front of consumer is not a very good choice of words when were looking for help.

Fraudulent Sellers advertising on Pinterest
Pinterest hosts companies who are using images lifted from elsewhere and creating catalogues of jewellery. I have contact Pinterest giving them the websites, the names images what they advertised for sale and what I actually received. Pinterest said that they have passed on to the team that deals with bad merchants but could not tell me if they would be sanctioned, if they could assist with the refund or removal of their products,
Both companies are advertising on Pinterest the same products and there is no way of getting in touch with Pinterest - so they are enabling fraudulent activity. These companies appear to be stealing images, advertising product, taking money and not delivering or sending inferior items. It is also Pinterest that should be held accountable for taking fees I am certain to advertise on their platform. Why doesn't Pinterest have a way so that customers can report fraudulent sellers and stop customers being fleeced.
I have reported Royaura on here and have done the same for Sienna Jewels. Please do not purchase anything from them, they are just total scammers and Pinterest are enablers.

Too many ads
I go to look at Pinterest for something I'm gonna say just for the sake of argument, baskets on shelves idea, you go in there and they'll say 20 kitchens with baskets and about the time you hit the third one there's so many ads popping up ! you want go to the the third one and then the fourth one and by then there's so many ads you're thinking that you're hitting to see the picture and an ad pops up in another ad pops up and you can't even tell what you're looking at anymore.
I've gotten to where I don't even go on Pinterest anymore so many times I've gotten such good ideas with y'all, but this has gotten to be a money thing with y'all and not a thing to help people out.! I know you have to make money, but this is freaking ridiculous.!

When I was going threw pics to make an edit of Sukuna (anime character) it said the next day I violated rules?!
Don't make the mistake of people looking through pictures and saying they violated rules by making an edit.

Cold water creek a well known company, advertises on
Pinterest and I placed 2 orders December 2 and 3 and never received them plus no email updates. Yesterday I reached the company with all my details and they do not have those orders.They said I was tricked and should be more careful! The name appearing now on your Coldwatercreek ads show mamataverse.com.
