No action taken by Pinterest against Merchants advertising fraudulently and scamming cusomers

I have provided Pinterest with full details of websites and companies that are advertising jewellery on their platform. I have provided images of what they have advertised and what I have received having paid a significant amount of money..
I have provided names of 4 different companies selling the same products. I have asked them to take action, if they are unable to get my money back at least stop them scamming other customers. They have said that they cannot give me an update nor feedback on any action taken but the team that deals with "bad merchants" has been informed.
I hold Pinterest accountable for enabling these companies to scam customers as they continue to allow them advertise on Pinterest. This must not be allowed to continue as the customers must have recourse when they are being scammed and Pinterest must vet the merchants and take their customer complaints seriously or they are complicit in the fraudulent activity.
User's recommendation: Do not purchase any jewellery without checking reviews on the merchant - majority are fraudulent sellers from ***. Pinterest are not interested in their duty of care to customers, but more interested in the financial gains. Have a look at what several companies are advertising on their website in the first image. The second one is what I actually received.
