Line was said to be busy even at different hours of morning or evening. I called for a week no answer.
As I stated previously in my complaint, I purchased a poster several weeks ago for the No Kings rallies coming up this Saturday. The sign cost me $14, and I wanted to know when it would be delivered.
Your website is cumbersome to try to find a way to track an order. The two customer service numbers listed (1-80*-***-**** and 650-308-****) are not in service. In my opinion, that is no way to run a business.
Your customer service is terrible. At this point, I would never recommend this company.
